HOW TO ANTIQUE MARBLE & GRANITE
First, start with metal bonded diamond tools to remove all saw-cutting marks & any surface scratches from marble & granite slab.
Natural stone slabs with small & large veining will have superior antiquing & leathering results over stone with tighter veining characteristics, like red & black granite.
For softer marble, limestone & travertine materials, utilize Silicon Carbide Antique Brushes & Frankfurt Brushes. For harder granite & quartzite materials, utilize Diamond Antique Brushes & Frankfurt Brushes.
Please note, the more cycles per grit sequence, will yield in deeper & more effective leathering results.
